Could it be that during a public outing, the princess almost let it slip that she was having a baby girl? Well, it happened when she stopped to accept a teddy bear from a public member and said, "Thank you. I'll take that for my d...." before catching herself.
Needless to say, Diana Burton, the woman she spoke with light-heartily said, "You were going to say daughter weren't you?" To which Kate replied, "No, we don't know."
Diana then said, "Oh I think you do." Before Kate said, "We're not telling."
So whether the news is true or not, we'll all have to wait until July 3 (the expected due date) for confirmation of the baby's gender.
I just thought it was ironic that Kate "told" a woman by the name of Diana the news about her baby. Wouldn't you agree?
